Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern use of highlandgun.com and transactions or services provided directly by Highland Guns. “Highland Guns,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Highland Guns in Highland, California.

The separate Shift4Shop-hosted storefront, payment processors, social platforms, government websites, manufacturers, and other linked services may impose additional terms. If a product-specific, service-specific, written, or legally required term conflicts with this page, the more specific applicable term controls for that issue.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

This website is intended for adults. Use of the website does not establish eligibility to purchase or possess any firearm, ammunition, precursor part, regulated item, or other product.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to use the website, products, and services only for lawful purposes. Actual purchase, transfer, possession, shipment, or delivery requirements depend on the product, transaction, purchaser, location, and current law.

Highland Guns may refuse or discontinue a request or transaction when reasonably necessary to comply with law, licensing obligations, safety requirements, fraud-prevention procedures, store policies, or product restrictions.

Orders, Prices and Availability

• Product availability, descriptions, photographs, specifications, promotions, and prices may change without advance notice.
• Submitting an order or receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, inventory allocation, legal transfer, or final price.
• Highland Guns may correct an error, request additional information, limit quantity, or cancel an order affected by an inventory, pricing, description, technical, compliance, or suspected-fraud issue.
• If an accepted order is canceled by Highland Guns because of our pricing or inventory error, amounts collected for the canceled merchandise will be handled as required by the applicable payment and refund process.
• Product colors and appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, manufacturing variation, and display settings.

Fees, Cancellations, Returns and Warranty Claims

Government fees, taxes, transfer fees, shipping charges, special-order fees, restocking fees, and other disclosed charges may apply. Fees that have already been incurred are not refundable unless a refund is required by law.

Customers must inspect a firearm before accepting delivery. Once a firearm has been transferred into the customer's possession, Highland Guns treats it as used for purposes of our return policy, even if it has not been fired. Post-delivery defects are generally handled through the manufacturer's written warranty.

Transfers, Gunsmith Work and Other Services

Service availability, estimates, turnaround times, pricing, and final acceptance depend on inspection, parts availability, workload, product condition, legal requirements, and the requested work.

An estimate is not a guarantee that additional issues will not be discovered. Highland Guns will seek authorization when additional work or a material price change requires customer approval. Items left for service, transfer, consignment, or another purpose may also be subject to the written terms provided for that specific service.

Website Information and Availability

We work to keep website information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision. Official government sources and transaction-specific review control over a general website summary.

The website may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, operational, or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.

If you voluntarily send nonconfidential feedback, ideas, reviews, photographs, or similar material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
